Project partners Province of West-Flanders and the Hanze University of Applied Sciences in the Northern Netherlands see a lot of similarities in the ecosystem for innovation in their regions. Ostend Science Park officially launched in Belgium
The Ostend Science Park is located in Ostend, West Flanders. The science park joins the forces of three founding partners: Ghent University, Port of Oostende and POM (West-Flanders Development Agency) with leading companies in BLUE growth. Read more
Design and Innovation Center for Sustainable Craftmanship in Germany
TraCS3, its discussions, findings and results, as well as the related learning processes contributed to the conceptualization and planning of a further project which aims to foster innovation in the field of Craftmanship: The Design and Innovation Center for Sustainable Craftmanship. TraCS3 project partner Intstitute of Labour and Economy of the University of Bremen will establish a network of real estate investors, housing companies, craftsmen and researchers to develop innovative solutions for sustainable housing and building in cooperation with the Bremen Chamber of Handcraft and funded by the German Federal Ministry for Education and Research.

The project objective is to improve regional policies in support of innovation infrastructure in S3 key priority sectors with strong innovation potential adressing the societal challenges and enhancing interregional cooperation within and between emerging and expanding innovation ecosystems
